Years Experience: 37 Years Commercial Interior Construction and Base Building

Myron Gee is the third generation in a family that is well known in the Construction Industry. His wide range of hands-on experience in the construction industry, include assignments of carpentry in the field, Estimating and Project Management. He worked as a carpenter for both O’Rourk Construction and Southwest Construction. In addition, he supervised the ongoing interior construction renovation of several 50 plus story buildings during his 8 year Project Management profession with Schwarz-Jordan.

Years Experience: 18 Years Commercial, Residential and Restaurant Construction

Brian brings to Phoenix Commercial, Inc. over 18 years of experience in many different aspects of the construction industry. His talents excel in the areas of project management, scheduling and budgeting. Brian’s experiences benefit clients’ needs in the areas of; Data Centers, DC Power infrastructures, large HVAC systems, control system integration, UPS and other specialty electrical needs.
Brian joined Phoenix Commercial, Inc. in 1996 from Texas Wings, Inc. d/b/a Hooter's. He was responsible for all site selection, design and construction for the Hooter's restaurant chain in the state of Texas. Prior to Hooter's, as a Construction Manager for Architectural Designs, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI., Brian acquired a practical background in client relationships and interior finishes. His experience completing large projects within time.

Duane is presently serving as Project Superintendent for several ongoing interior projects. Evidence of Duane’s abilities are reflected by the fact that in 1989, he was voted runner up in the DALLAS CHAPTER OF THE AMERICAN SUBCONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION SUPERINTENDENT OF THE YEAR CAMPAIGN.

Prior to joining Phoenix Commercial, Inc., Duane was with Schwarz-Jordan for over six years. His extensive field experience has given him the ability to handle any project. Projects with a unique twist or difficult schedule which require special attention are perfect for Duane.

As Director of Construction Services, Ms. Craig is responsible for coordination of all construction services to ensure that project goals are achieved. Kim has 26 years of progressively responsible experience in the commercial interior industry. 

Kim joined Phoenix Commercial, Inc. in 2005.  She has more than 15 years of Interior Design experience and is a registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas.  Kim earned a BFA in Interior Design from Texas Tech University.  Her work experience includes the following projects:

Joseph brings to Phoenix Commercial, Inc. over 10 years of experience in many different aspects of the architecture and construction industry.  His talents excel in the areas of project management, scheduling and budgeting.  Joseph’s experiences in both the architectural world and the construction world benefit clients’ needs by adding a special level of understanding of the design intent and level of coordination.

Joseph joined Phoenix Commercial, Inc. in 2007 from Corgan Associates.  He was responsible for design and construction administration for projects including Data Centers, Call Centers, and Master Planning of Office Parks.  Prior to Corgan, as an Architect for Good Fulton & Farrell. in Dallas, TX., Joseph acquired a practical background in client relationships and construction administration.   His experience completing large projects within time and budget constraints is an asset to Phoenix Commercial, Inc.  Joseph has earned a BA in Architecture from the University of Oklahoma.

Andrew brings to Phoenix Commercial, Inc. over 7 years of experience specializing in the mechanical and general contract industry.  His talents excel in fast track renovation and tenant finish out projects.   

Andrew joined Phoenix Commercial, Inc. in 2007.  He previously worked for Schweiger Construction Company as a Project Manager providing pre-construction services. Andrew managed projects including special equipment change out and critical cooling systems/ He also completed estimates, provided cost management and overall procedure improvements.  Andrew earned a BS in Economics and a minor in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
